Mustafa was fantastic in all categories - well informed , professional , reliable and instilled great confidence in me. He immediately diagnosed the challenges with my washer and dryer and explained things very succinctly. He built trust right away and provided excellent advice and recommendations. I called this company in a panic as I was doing my laundry one Sunday evening. My toddler needed her bed sheets washed and dried. That is when my dryer broke down. The technician came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the dryer all within a couple of hours. Fast, reliable, knowledgably, and great customer service. Prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome Reliable Service !! Mustafa has several times resolved my appliances issues remotely (over phone) and have not charged me !For my fridge repair, He arrived right on time. The repair was done correctly and tested. What I can say is service was fantastic ! I would use again and again & would recommend to any one having appliance issues in GTA

Mustafa came out and was able to fix my fridge quickly. We had done groceries that day before and were worried about our food spoiling and going to waste. Fortunately we fix it was able to get it back up and running! great service would recommend.

Matthew showed up and got right at it. Diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and fixed my no heat issue. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to my friends.

Very honest and professional. I had an issue with my washer door being locked. They fixed it instantly and didn't unnecessarily check further as they said the machine is good otherwise. Saved us a lot of hassle and money in the long run. Kept a warranty of their service call too!

Matthew from We Fix It arrived to repair our dryer the day after I contacted him. He determined right away that it was the fuse, and was able to disassemble, install a new fuse and reassemble, right then and there. He is one of those technicians whose number you keep in a safe place. He is very prompt at getting back with a quote/appointment, honest, reasonably priced, and really knows his stuff!Would have him back anytime! In fact we’re having him back next week to fix our stove.Thanks again Matthew!- Dean

We had a problem with a dryer where it sounded really bad, we were initially going to just buy a new dryer, but Mustafa came and was able to diagnose and repair the dryer during his first visit ! Extremely happy with the quick and prompt service !

Called and spoke to someone about my issue. He was very knowledgeable and booked a service call right away. When Mustafa showed up he was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He was honest with me and told me what exactly was wrong and told me exactly what needed to fix the fridge. I loved that he showed me the issue while fixing it. I am so pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to fix any appliance. What I loved was they didn’t try to sell me extras. Completely honest guys. I will definitely call them for any appliance fixes. Try them out you won’t regret it.

Amazing work! I called We Fix It Appliances when my dryer was not heating at all! They came at the begging of the suggested 3 hour time frame and got straight to work.The Technician was nice and seemed extremely knowledgable and knew what he was doing.Prices were fair and competitive, I will definitely use them again!
